Compared to the human brain, AI has superior strengths, such as Computing capacity and storage capacity. The rapid development of artificial intelligence has opened new opportunities for children and brought significant benefits, but it also raises legal issues that need to be considered and addressed. The application of AI needs to be defined as a supporting tool. However, they are not completely replacing humans; they are applying AI in a human-like way. People's creativity still needs to be emphasized. Moreover, emphasize the ethical and legal aspects of AI; some of the information it provides needs to be considered. designed Verification to ensure accuracy and avoid sharing personal data on AI platforms to ensure safety and security. Drawing on risk analysis and a review of legal frameworks across several countries, this article proposes directions for developing and improving policies and laws suited to Vietnam's current context.
