Prof. Dr. Syed Sami Raza received his PhD from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, US. He has also been a Fellow at the Center for India and South Asia of UCLA (2021-2022). Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of International Relations at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
