Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Editorial Board of Dialogues in Humanities and Social Sciences (DHSS), we are pleased to invite qualified scholars and researchers to join the journal’s panel of reviewers.

Dialogues in Humanities and Social Sciences (DHSS) is an interdisciplinary, biannual, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing high-quality research across the broad fields of humanities, social sciences, arts, and related interdisciplinary areas. The journal seeks to provide an intellectual platform for academics, researchers, and professionals to engage in scholarly dialogue and contribute to the dissemination of original and impactful research.

To strengthen the journal’s peer-review process and maintain high academic standards, DHSS welcomes applications from scholars holding a PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification in relevant disciplines. We particularly encourage applications from both national and international academics with demonstrated expertise, research publications, and an interest in supporting rigorous scholarly review.

Role of Reviewers

Reviewers play a central role in maintaining the quality, credibility, and integrity of the journal. Members of the reviewers’ panel are expected to:

  • provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts;

  • assess the originality, methodological rigor, scholarly contribution, and relevance of manuscripts within their areas of expertise;

  • uphold the principles of confidentiality, academic integrity, and ethical peer review; and

  • support the journal in promoting high-quality interdisciplinary scholarship.

Eligibility

Applications are invited from scholars who:

  • hold a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline;

  • have research and publication experience in humanities, social sciences, arts, or related fields;

  • are able to provide fair, informed, and timely peer reviews; and

  • are committed to the ethical standards of scholarly publishing.
